Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Collectable.gg. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Collectable.gg is operated by Synergy Collective Limited trading as Collectable, a company registered in New Zealand. We provide a restock alert service for collectible products via Discord.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this service. You must have a valid Discord account and agree to Discord's Terms of Service.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Access to Collectable.gg requires a paid subscription of $15 NZD per month.
• A 2-day free trial is available for new members. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the member management portal at manage.collectable.gg. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Service Description

Collectable.gg monitors New Zealand retail stores and delivers real-time restock alerts via dedicated Discord channels. We do not guarantee the availability of any product, the accuracy of any alert, or that you will be able to purchase any item before it sells out. Alert delivery depends on third-party services including Discord.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your membership access with others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our alerts
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect alert data
• Harass or abuse other members of the community
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or technical measures

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on Collectable.gg is owned by Synergy Collective Limited. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of our service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Collectable.gg and Synergy Collective Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including missed restocks, service interruptions, or any decisions made based on our alerts.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those rights cannot be excluded by contract.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes via Discord or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
