This Privacy Policy explains how Synergy Collective Limited trading as Collectable ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We collect the following information when you use Collectable.gg:
- Discord account data — your Discord user ID, username, and display name, obtained when you connect your Discord account to our service
- Payment information — billing details collected and processed by Stripe on our behalf. We do not store your card number or full payment details
- Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically when you visit our website
- Communications — any messages you send us via Discord or email
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and manage your subscription and access to our Discord alert channels
- To process payments and manage billing via Stripe
- To send you service-related communications (e.g. billing notifications, service updates)
- To improve and maintain the service
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties to operate our service:
- Discord — our alert delivery platform. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy
- Meta (Facebook) — we use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. This may collect browser identifiers and page visit data. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies including:
- Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc) — used to measure advertising effectiveness and conversion tracking
- Session storage — used to maintain your session state during checkout

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our service. When you cancel your membership, we will retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
